The BLS projects growth of educational administration jobs by 8 percent from 2008 to 2018, or about as fast as the average for all occupations. In 2009, those who worked with preschool and child care centers made a median income of $48,170, while those who moved to the elementary or secondary level made $87,390 per year. Those who focused on post-secondary education made $95,340, and those who worked at all other levels made $80,140 per year.
