Most web design jobs require a degree, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. By degree, 43 percent have a bachelor's degree, 27 percent have some college experience, and 20 percent have associate's degrees in Web design. Related job experience helps as well, but bachelor's degrees in Web design are preferred. Web design degrees are offered at both campus-based and online colleges.
